"Overall I would rate the staff a 5.5 out of 10. The women are sweet & friendly to guest. There is a male worker with missing teeth there by the name of ā€œBossā€ that is extremely rude. Tries to bribe you out of money & refused to take me (drive) up to my room so I had to walk up an extremely steep hill in the pouring rain because he had an attitude that I booked my own excursion instead of being overcharged by him. Overall the score is low & he needs to fired. BEWARE! "

"This place is very special, quite rustic with a lot of character. Our bathroom was just outside our room but very private. Kitchen on our front patio. Pool are very nice and well kept. The entire property is full of trees and plants, absolutely beautiful. Just be mindful, this is not the Hilton and priced accordingly. The restaurant has an amazing menu and very friendly staff. We enjoyed all of our meals. "
