Hotel room condition are very low, there is no facility for accommodation. I am very surprise when visited for stay and never book through online with your side. in hotel there is no facility in room ,room interior is very low.There is only one switch in all room for charging mobile. very inside from ground road ,my experience very bad for booking from your website booking.

Nice Location, no facilities
Only USP - its beautiful location. View from hotel rooms is just beautiful.
The room is extremly average, no renovation since 80's.
(Hot water only in morning from 7 to 11). if u return to hotel and freshen-up- wait for next morning. :)
The cleanliness of bedsheets/ upholstery, bathroom is a concern - old fittings.
Restaurent is very average, taste is nice, but class/hygiene in lacking.
If u do not want a class hotel; but prefer a small, very basic hotel with excellent view, u can opt for this one.

Thee cleaniness is not proper, there was no lights in the room except one tube light, even one can,t charge the mobile. The condition of bedding is poor. It looks like budget hotel in the range of Rs 500/

Great location
1. We are highly impressed by the location of hotel as we can have excellent view of Himalayan ranges. 2. Room heater provided on chargeable basis became out of order at dead night and when we tried to contact hotel staff on intercom, they conveniently switched off intercom perhaps for their undisturbed sleep. Finally we had to approach physically and wake them up. 3. But for this, service from hotel staff was excellent.

My comments on Shining Star Resort
The room quality, bed, cleanliness, Cable TV, balcony, nature view outside balcony, waiter service were superb, but I was little disappointed by the quality of food offered to me having such high price. Shining Star Resort should first reduce its food price and also improve the quality of food to customers and also include some south Indian varieties like Dosas, steam idlis, etc. and some Gujarati varieties like Dhoklas, Khandvi, etc., which will make the customers more happy.
