"The room and everything in it was clean. The AC worked well and kept the room cold. The hotel itself was clean and the parking lot was very well lit, so that was nice. There is a ton of food spots near by if you get hungry. Didnt try the breakfast but the set up looked nice. Over all it was a great stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Best Western and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special thank you to Melody at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a great first impression. The rest of the staff was equally fantastic. Everyone I encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the breakfast was great, making it an enjoyable place to stay. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and the entire team deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!"

"After a few terrible hotel experiences on this trip, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Everything worked, it was clean, smelled good, had space for everyone, and had a great hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, and got us everything we needed to make it work. We had 10 people spread between 2 rooms, so we needed a lot of extra towels, and after 2 days needed to replace those, which they did. They didn’t have extra tissues in stock but did at least have extra pool towels we could use so we could have clean towels the last night. One disappointment was that the pool was out of service, which was one reason we’d picked this hotel. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I’d book it again."

"Sandy at the front was 10/10 and Diego the maintenance guy is phenomenal, went out of his way to fix anything and everything. They all treated me like family and it was amazing. I’m handicapped for a while and was in hotel for quite a while, and can I just say WOW. They were so friendly, even checked on me when they knew I was unattended. I felt so safe and secure. This will be the only place in Lake Jackson I will stay at from now on."
