Cute studio ideally located, 120m to the Brevent ski lift and 5min walk to city center. The studio is perfect for a couple, single travelers or close friends. The property is renovated so you can enjoy this cocooning stay and its well-equipped kitchen will allow you to appreciate at best the local flavors.
The apartment include free and secure parking as well as a ski locker and wifi connection. Welcome Home !

> Open, fully-equipped kitchen to enjoy local flavors at their best
> Living / sleeping area (bed 140, TV, Wifi). Please note that a film obstructing the view has been added since the photos for greater privacy.
> Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
A ski locker as well as a parking space and access to the bicycle garage complete this property.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Just a few steps away from the Brevent ski lift, where you can access breathtaking hikes in the summer, especially to the Lac Blanc, and beautiful ski slopes in the winter. Only 5 minutes walk from the city center with a return trip a little more sportive.
Easy to get there with a car, able to park in the residence and then no need to move the car anymore. Everything is possible to be done on foot from the studio, going out in the city center or enjoying hikes and even skiing from the studio. Perfectly located!
The bus stop located 50m walk from your apartment will allow you to get to the rest of Chamonix and even the valley.

Great location in Brevent
The apartment is small and no-frills but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Property management company was friendly and communicated regularly to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. Easily walkable into Chamonix and to the base of the Brevent Télécabine.
Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely studio, impossible to find/enter
This property is great. However the managers fail to put any information on vrbo. All the critical details are hidden at the bottom of their website after scrolling past advertisements. When I called the emergency number for help multiple times and left multiple messages I did not receive any assistance. This could be a great rental if they provide all the appropriate information on VRBO.
