This is hands down my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. It is beautifully designed, the rooms are excellent, and the common areas are inviting and cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Chamonix.

I thought the front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice with a great view of the mountains. I liked that there was water in the lobby and tons of books and places to sit in the lobby. We didn't eat at the restaurant but appreciated how close the hotel was to the bus stop and the gondola ride (next door). We also easily walked to the train station and then into the Chamonix center.

One of the best experiences with a hotel in all of our travels. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was large, comfortable and well furnished with a great balcony and amazing views. Our fridge was stocked with free beer, juice and water daily, which was a great little perk. The hotel is right beside the Aiguille du Midi, which is great if you have an early reservation. All of Chamonix is extremely walkable, so there is no such thing as a bad location. The quaint town, the unforgettable views and the charm of the hotel made this three of our most memorable days ever.

The hotel is located next to cable car base station. It will take about 15 minutes walk from Chamonix station. If you call taxi, it will cost you about $50 Euro. Modern and clean interior. We eat raclette inside of hotel restaurant. It was so good

We stayed at the hotel one night before our TMB trek and two nights afterwards. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were numerous choices. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We rested very well at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to hike the TMB.

Excellent Hotel! We stayed here before and after our 10 day TMB hike. The breakfast was delicious with many options. A lovely few days in this very well located hotel. Would most definitely stay again. The room itself was a spacious attic room with wonderful views of Mont Blanc with comfy beds. The downside was the shower itself. It was over the bath but sloping roof meant I was unable to stand and it made for a difficult experience trying to wash my hair as my knees don’t like baths any more! My own fault as it did say about the bathroom, just a heads up for anyone else with similar knee issues! A lovely hotel.

Nice hotel in quiet location slightly removed from noisier town centre area. Main issue was the absence of air con when outside temp was in the mid 30s C - a plug in tower fan in the room didn’t suffice and not acceptable for a 4* hotel changing £350 p/n. Room was unbearably hot the entire time.

Excellent hotel, centrally located next to the cable car. The rooms were well appointed with fabulous views. The pool and steam room were great at the end of long day hiking. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide range of dishes available. We also very much appreciated the staff who were all friendly and helpful. As an improvement suggestion, in the absence of air-conditioning, it would be great if fans could be made available during the recent heatwaves - the rooms did get quite warm overnight!
