"Employees was very rude. I had 5 in my room 2 adults 3 kids 14,14, and 13. We asked for towels and wash cloths after we turned in the dirty ones and they didn’t want to give us any. Thank God I brought a few of my own from home"

"First, the carpet was filthy. You couldn't walk on it your bare feet. Second, the tub faucet was rusted and fell off when I turned it on. and the water was cold. When I told the front desk that there was no hot water, I was instructed to run the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and tub on hot for 15 minutes. This trick did work, but it is ridiculous to stay in a Hilton property and not have any hot water and have to use tricks to get some."

"The hotel was nice! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was hot and cooked with heart! I am a forever customer! It was everything we needed during a hectic tournament schedule! Thank you"

"Overall good. The air freshener on a timer was overwhelming. Small things are overlooked- one bath towel in the room a check in, room was warm, what appeared to be dried shaving cream or soap on the bathroom door. Nothing major but still didn’t deserve 5 stars. "

"The breakfast is minimal and all silverware is either plastic or cardboard style. At least they had some fruits and oatmeal porridge, but the fruit selection could use improvement as well as cutlery, eating porridge with a teaspoon is not that great. I augmented the selection by purchasing pineapple, strawberries and blueberries at Kroger as well as Almondmilk and none dairy yougurt. Staff is good and the place is clean and fresh. Location is good, but you need a car in Houston."
