2/10 Terrible

"So my son graduated this weekend and I booked 3 days in Plattsburgh days inn by Wyndham. Bad idea. My daughter’s room had a toilet full of unflushed poop and it was disgusting. Then I go to my room and find 10 def flies and moths everywhere. I told the general manager and he sad that he was pushed into that job and is trying to train the staff is all new. Also staff was smoking outside of the front entrance. I think they lived there cuz they were in their pajamas sometimes. The lady who checked me out was the only one that understood the seriousness of the situation. I took pictures of bugs and the roach I killed in the bathroom! Never stay here. NEVER."

"The building is very old and the rooms are poorly maintained. There were bugs all over the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The water park closes at 6 PM on Sundays, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also not satisfying — there was no cheese, the boiled eggs were very dry as if they had been sitting for days, and the dining room did not feel clean or welcoming at all."

Stayed there because it was about the least expensive option on the date of my stay but i certainly got what i paid for. "

"What I liked about this motel was that it was on a private beach and close to all stores. Parking was good and convenient, the view from our room was excellent. What was not to my liking was there was no one at the front desk the entire time we were there and no maid service( fresh towels, toilet paper, ect)."
