We enjoyed walking on the beach and the meals. The two bedroom / two bathroom studio suite was beautiful and comfortable.

Weekend away

Very nice place, but starting to look old. The pictures on website are old. Room was very nice, but there was nothing in the kitchen ie:plates, cutlery, glasses and the nearest store to purchase is about 20-25 minutes away. For the price we paid there should have been something. No towel service either at pool.

Arrivés vers 19h30, nous avions réservé 2 suites pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants mais il semble qu une seule suite était réservée.. on nous fait payer un supplément de 500 pesos par enfant . Arrivés dans la suite, il y a bien 2 chambres mais pas de lits ou canapé lit pour les enfants. On se rend compte qu il y a une erreur dans la réservation et on prend donc une autre suite comme prévu. Pourquoi faire payer un supplément s il n y a pas de solution pour faire dormir les enfants?? Cet “hôtel” a du être sympa il y a 20 ans. À date : Infrastructures qui tombent en lambeau, parties communes sales, suites (appartement) avec une odeur particulière (renfermé?), service très bof.. seule la plage est jolie.. Bref passez votre chemin

Muy bueno

Es un buen hotel, necesita el apoyo de los turistas. La verdad te relajas mucho, tiene una playa bonita y los restaurantes muy buen sazón, a consecuencia del COVID no ha tenido mucha asistencia pero el lugar pinta súper bien

En general la playa esta muy bien limpia y cuidada. Alberca: le falta mantenimiento a la infraestructura, en general estaba limpia, solo algunas hojas e insectos pero se entiende que esta cerca del manglar. Habitaciones (Administradas por la empresa) Excelente, la habitacion que me toco tiene buen mantenimiento (por dentro) muebles, camas, baños, cocina, pisos bien Areas comunes, edificio fachada les falta mantenimiento, aqui una critica constructiva para la empresa que administra, con un mantenimiento menor puede mejorar significativamente el aspecto a los dos complejos que estan en funcionamiento. Restaurant: el restaurant de la playa se encuentra en remodelacion, el restauran al lado de la recepcion funciona, la comida muy bien con precios razonables, el personal agradable igual que recepcion. Ojala y que algun dia vuelva a resurgir este proyecto, con sus campos de golf, marina, edificios, etc solo falta que le ponga ganas la empresa.

Muy hermosa ubicación y terrenos circundantes muy bien atendidos, especialmente el área de la playa pero también la piscina. Le vendría bien un trabajo de pintura en el edificio, pero los interiores eran muy bonitos y limpios. El personal fue útil. Era muy tranquilo y pacífico. Si quieres un momento relajado en un hermoso lugar, este es el lugar.

En comparación con mi visita anterior en esta ocasion pude notar que la propiedad no tiene mantenimiento servicio del wifi no esta funcionando No contemplan botes de basura en el exterior suficientes y la iluminacion en pasillos y área de ascensor es deficiente. El personal no conoce realmente el equipamiento conque cuentan las habitaciones También tuvimos un detalle con el servicio de cable por causa de una conexión. El precio es elevado para la calidad

Me encantó la playa y los cuartos son muy buenos pero lo que es la fachada del hotel está deprorable y el restaurante tardaron como 10 minutos tan solo en atendernos y después más de 1 hora en recibir nuestra comida y solo eramos nosotros y otra familia, y todo el servicio del hotel la verdad estaba muy mal, muy poco personal y cuando llegamos estaba lloviendo y no me puedo quejar por el clima pero el ascensor para nuestras habitaciones era muy confuso llegar y nadie nos ayudo y estuvimos bajo la lluvia buscándolo, aparte de del terrible personal que tienen solo es un lugar con bonita playa

La actividad de liberación de tortugas es muy linda, la habitación es muy cómoda y la decoración muy bonita; el area de alberca es linda, pero te deja ver el gran deterioro de la parte externa de las habitaciones, además no hay bar en el area de alberca, todo es muy silencioso, sería bueno que en los anuncios especifiquen que es un relax hotel; el área de playa es muy linda, el mar está muy tranquilo, practicamente no hay oleaje, pero es casi imposible entrar ya que hay muchas piedras. Quiero agradecer la atención de los 2 meseros de nombre Manuel, quienes fueron sumamente amables.
