A estadia foi boa. Elogio ao funcionário Diogo do transfer interno, excelente e muito proativo. Elogio também ao Igor Silva, que faz a animação do hotel, dinâmicas na piscina e shows - ele é sensacional! Chegamos para fazer o check in e não fomos muito bem recebidas na recepção. Um funcionário calvo não nos atendeu bem e passou outras pessoas em nossa frente. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. A limpeza também. Em relação a comida, nota 8 de 10. Algumas coisas não são frescas e pouco variadas. A comida da piscina é horrível. No geral, a avaliação é nota 8,5 para o hotel em geral. Podendo mudar a questão dos funcionários despreparados como o calvo da recepção bem como alguns alimentos serem mais frescos e a comida da piscina ser totalmente alterada.

Tudo perfeito, hotel sensacional e equipe de recreação incrível! Viajei com amigos e, enquanto nós aproveitávamos, as crianças ficavam super bem entretidas por horas. A equipe de atendimento é excelente, sempre atenciosa e prestativa, com exceção de uma funcionária próxima ao bar da piscina, que infelizmente foi antipática. Fora isso, a experiência foi maravilhosa e definitivamente penso em voltar, principalmente pela recreação. Tio mickey é sua turma são sensacionais.

Já estive por 3 vezes no Hotel e dessa vez o atendimento, limpeza e comida cairam muitooo!! As piscinas estavam sujas, funcionários mal humorados, não dão bom dia, nao respondem bom dia, dava para contas os simpáticos... Os unicos simpaticos era o pessoal do restaurante. A estrutura é excelente, mas, considerando o valor pago, poderia oferecer mais opções de serviços. Pontos negativos: - Se os hóspedes chegarem antes do horário do check-in, precisarão esperar. Além disso, qualquer consumo realizado antes do check-in deve ser pago, mesmo em um sistema all inclusive. - A localização do sorvete é pouco acessível; seria melhor se ficasse próximo às piscinas. - A variedade de petiscos é limitada.

Experiência ficou aquém das expectativas. Check-in com fila por poucos atendentes, quartos limpos mas corredores de acesso aos apartamentos muito sujos inclusive com barata morta. Esperava mais opções nas refeições, mas a comida era boa. Sobremesas nem tanto, a maioria tinha aquele sabor sonso. Petiscos da piscina nao eram repostos a contento, no domingo que estava com ocupação maior, fomos nos servir e não tinha. Fizeram uma cobrança indevida de consumo, tive que reclamar e estornaram. Pastelaria, hamburgueria e pizzaria só funcionam após às 19h. No folder que entregam na chegada está escrito que o almoço é servido a partir das 11h, no domingo foi cumprido mas na segunda foram servir era 12h20min. Piscinas e estruturas de lazer muito boas! Boa estrutura e entretenimento para crianças. Quartos espaçosos e cama boa.

O que precisa melhorar, e mto, são as refeições e bebidas oferecidas. Achei tudo uma verdadeira enrolação. Os petiscos, que ficam a vontade para consumo durante o dia, são gordurosos, e sugiro variar durante o dia, ou altenar opões entre os dias. As bebidas, para quem se hospedar por mais de um dia, enjoa logo na primeira diária. Tudo sem apresentação, apesar de mto zelo no manuseio dos alimentos. Todos os funcionários são excelentes e mto educados. Pelo valor cobrado, creio que dá para oferecer mto mais variedades e qualidade no serviço all inclusive. O bangalô 1501, é preciso lubrificar as dobradiças das portas internas, pois são mto barulhentas. O som da área comum, ou seja, das piscinas, estava mto alto e tbm de péssima qualidade. Já que é para ligá-lo, sugiro amenizar o volume das caixas de som, a fim de tornar o ambiente mais agradável para quem quer descansar e conversar tbm.

Um dos piores resorts que já fiquei

Me decepcionei com o local, as piscinas extremamente geladas, a piscina infantil era impossível ficar mais de 10minutos com criança, água muito gelada. A piscina que era aquecida e coberta, horrível e sempre suja. Tem muita recreação para as crianças com monitores, mais para bebê como o meu de 1 ano, não tinha como usar a piscina por conta da água fria, não tem uma brinquedoteca bacana, tem um quartinho com uma piscina de bolinha e um escorrega somente para o tamanho do resort achei horrível. Faltou uma brinquedoteca grande para recreação de crianças menores. A comida foi decepcionante, a janta era o resto do almoço, as mesmas coisas, pouca variedade, carne de chapa horrível, na opção de massas funcionários despreparados queimavam e desconheciam os ingredientes por não serem brasileiros. Garçom sem educação retirava o prato da mesa mesmo a gente comendo, levantei da mesa por duas vezes para ir pegar comida deixei a bolsa e o celular ao lado do prato para sinalizar que tinha gente e mesmo assim retiram meu prato por duas vezes com comida nele. Os petiscos sempre frios e a mesma coisa todo dia, linguiça, batata frita e peixe. Era isso que tinha para comer durante o dia. Próximo a piscina onde deveria ter picolé e sorvete não tinha, pra conseguir um sorvete tinha que descer um morro e ir pegar e voltar para piscina totalmente sem conforto para o hóspede. O Buffet infantil nunca estava servido no horário que diziam, consegui uma única vez alimentar meu filho nele.

Piscina Gelada!

O resort é novo. Os bangalôs são longe das refeições, porém eles fornecem condução que chega com rapidez. O que não gostamos foi o fato da PISCINA PRINCIPAL SER GELADA. Não dá pra aproveitar tanto por isso. A piscina aquecida tem um pé direito baixo. Dá uma sensação de abafamento. O sistema ALL inclusive em termos de refeição/bebidas é 10.

Ótimo atendimento, boa infraestrutura

O resort fica em um local muito privilegiado, com uma paisagem incrível. O bangalô é muito confortável. A pesar de um pouco distante da piscina e restaurantes, eles disponibilizam transporte interno, que chega super rápido. Toda equipe é muito atenciosa - desde a recepção, aos bartenders, garçons, motoristas e guardas da entrada. Os drinks são ótimos! O buffet (café da manhã, almoço e janta) tem uma grande variedade e a qualidade é ok. Um único ponto é que se você busca mais tranquilidade, a música/ atividades da piscina são bem altas ou outros hóspedes usam caixas de som (apesar de ter placas dizendo que é proibido)

Experiência Ruim

A minha experiência no Malai Manso Yatch foi PÉSSIMA!! Logo que chegamos, ficamos mais de 1hora aguardando nossas malas que não aparecia de jeito nenhum, até q eu resolvi “resgatá-las” no depósito de malas. No café da manhã, faltava tudo, desde talheres nas mesas até mesmo reposição de frutas e principalmente suco de laranja. O restaurante um calor terrível, tínhamos q ficar pedindo para ligarem o arcondicionado! Uma observação importante, os funcionários estavam dispostos a um bom atendimento, no entanto a demanda era SUPERIOR ao número de colaboradores Enfim, pra terminar, espero q essas críticas construtivas sirvam de alguma forma a acrescentar o crescimento do Malai Manso já q é uma estrutura belíssima num lugar paradisíaco Grato

O hotel é muito bom mas o check in é sempre um caos!! Fiquei quase 1 hora na fila e o atendente esqueceu de entregar os cartões de toalha e ainda errou na pulseira da minha filha!

Segunda vez que estivemos no local, comida boa, otima estrutura e bem cuidado.. só o atendimento das meninas do checkin que são bem mal humoradas..
