"Lovely hotel with a selection of individual rooms. Some aspects of our room were not terribly functional - steep steps up to the bedroom, shower at opposite end of room to sink and toilet, and a less than comfortable seating arrangement in the living area. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. "It's a beautiful hotel located inside the old town. Picturesque. Unfortunately we had a walk a lot with luggage before we came in. It was late and we were given a room key and the manager left. Was little scary and dark in v the always while walking,. The only good thing is ambience. Hotels.com should say accessibility is a minimum. Although, we liked the location, it's really tough to get there. "
