"The location and tranquility of the surroundings were wonderful. The room was as advertised and expected. What was unique and made our stay memorable was the proprietors and their staff. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot until we had to leave, Sam and Anne did everything they possibly could to make our stay wonderful. "A beautifully maintained property sitting slightly above the main area (6 min walk downhill, 10 min walk uphill). Staff are friendly and professional. Dining room is lovely. The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only). I would stay again during a cooler period"
