The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of the Historic district, we're located just South of the Intersection of King and Society Street. Everything is in walking distance, including the College of Charleston campus, museums and carriage tours, dining, shopping and sightseeing are all within a few short blocks away in any direction of our location.

Getting Around:
Aside from walking, pedicabs are another great way to get around the historic district from our location. They are able to pick you up right from our curb, just give them a quick call.

Other Things to Note:
An elevator is available in this location, so getting up and down the flights of stairs is very easy. Our rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Location, location, location!

This is a beautiful home, right in the middle of Charlestons King Street. Walkable to everything! The only negative was the parking is several blocks away, but since we didn’t need the car much, not a huge issue for us. It was a lovely stay for my husband and I, along with our friends. Highly recommend!

Charleston BD trip

We had a great time. Apartment was close and walking distance to everything we wanted to do.Our friends said the noise on the street at night woke them but we use white noise and did not hear a thing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. I brought a hair dryer because i didn’t see it in the listing information but there were hairdryers in both bathrooms. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great for 2 couples!

Great place, seemly clean and in a great location! We enjoyed our time there - and the atmosphere. We couldn’t get information about ‘check in’ until we are on our way (by car). I was switching between the VRBO app and website. Supplies were limited. For example - we expected a coffee maker and brought coffee and filters only to find only. Kurige- sorry for the spelling. Had we had a msg about coffee we could have brought more pods. And info about parking availability ahead of time - we would have had a smoother check in.

King Street Convenient to So Much!

The condo was right downtown on the peninsula, King Street. So we could walk to almost anything. This is the biggest benefit but with one caveat. With convenience comes downtown noise if one is sensitive to that. 3:30 am dump trucks, street sweepers, other trucks, loud cars and motorcycles along with people having a blast outside your window. Aside from the noise (which the rental company has no control over obviously), the condo was great and we had a great time in Charleston.
