Your stay just got an upgrade. 118B President Street now features a newly completed private plunge pool, sun deck with loungers, and outdoor dining — all exclusive to our guests. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or soaking up the Charleston sun, your own backyard oasis is waiting.
The Space:
This rental is divided up into two rentals, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for BOTH the upstairs and downstairs rented out together.
There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms (three upstairs, three downstairs). There is a large living area with two pullout sofas on each level if needed.
Each kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.
The rental has a large porch on both floors.

This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home.

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just four short blocks from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide six (6) off-street parking spaces. Uber & Lyft are readily available.

-Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

-Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.
-The pool is part of 118B and the gate code for the pool area is the same as the door code for 118B.

Nice clean beautifully renovated home in perfect area
The communication was easy and they tried to accommodate us with our crazy schedule. The home is very clean and love the location! Easy to walk downtown, good spot to eat across the street, overall we would definitely stay here again!
The rental company was great. Accommodating our guests coming in from Florida. The house is in a great location and worked for our needs. Hot water in showers was spotty.
We had so much staying here in Charleston! We loved the location and the property was clean and perfect for our large group! They allowed an early check in, which was sooo nice!! They also checked in with us throughout the trip which we really appreciated!
We loved this property — want to rebook for next years’ Charleston Open. First of all — thank you for being responsive and putting new electrical outlets in the bathrooms! That was pretty important and you did addressi it! There were just a few things we would ask to be tweaked:*floors in showers were VERY slick - a fall risk*need small door stops in each bedroom*need shelves in bathrooms to put stuff on*some bedrooms had zero drawers or bedside tables*pocket door for center bedrooms needs some sort of handle ***** we really loved it!
