Guests should add the towels and linens to the wash machine. Please do not wash the duvet or shams. All dishes must be loaded in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Only one car is allowed on premises, due to limited parking. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. The house accommodates the people who are registered to stay there. Additional guests are not allowed. Wear and tear happens, I would not enforce the security deposit unless something was purposely broken or stolen.
