If you’re planning a stay in the Charleston area, we highly recommend staying here! It’s 15 minutes from the airport and only a 20-30 minute drive from some of the must-see locations, such as the aquarium, famous plantations, Fort Sumter Visitor Center and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Our hosts were cordial and welcoming, and the home was in pristine condition. Charleston is a lovely city with so much history. Make sure you take one of the horse-drawn carriage tours!

We spent a week at Rob and Charlie's incredible carriage house on a park-like property in West Ashley. We had a rental car and loved the quiet location close to downtown Charleston but also close to historic sites like Middleton Place. Charlie and Rob were amazing hosts....so welcoming, gracious and helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastfully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom.
