which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the

Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on
beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any
animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow
unapproved pets.
Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is
needed).
A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the
property.
During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation
as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect
and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most
out of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid
any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good
