This Uptown, private, 2 bdrm/2bath, condo is only a 15 minute walk to both the Bank of America stadium, Truist Field, and the Spectrum Center. Looking to explore more of Charlotte - catch the CityLYNX right on Trade to commute through the city! This entire space has been completely updated and has all that you need to make your stay enjoyable! Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room includes a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 6 in total! Enjoy coffee or wine on the balcony for the quieter moments during your stay. Free wifi access and Roku TV so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu & more. Keurig in kitchen and plenty of basic cooking supplies. Secured building with covered assigned parking (1 parking pass provided for resident area but paid parking available in the parking garage for additional vehicles w/ max $20/day), an elevator, a pool and a rooftop terrace with incredible city skyline views! Downstairs on ground level are restaurants and even a bar lounge that is open 365 days a year. 15 min drive to CLT airport. A Starbucks conveniently located half a block away!
