Tucked between NoDa and Plaza Midwood and minutes from Uptown, Villa Heights is centrally located to everything in Charlotte. Steps away from Amelie`s French Bakery (open 24-7) where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a delicious pastry while you relax in an eclectic, Paris style atmosphere.



The house is walking distance to many breweries, restaurants and music venues. NoDa Brewing Company, Free Range Brewery and Birdsong Brewery are well known throughout the city for crafting award winning brews!



Make sure you check out NoDa and visit The Neighborhood Theater, Evening Muse, Jack Beagles and Roux which all feature regular live music.



Cabo Fish Taco, Growlers and the Crepe Celler are also must visits for genuine cask beer and good eats!

Cute house, great location

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The house was as described, comfortable and within walking distance or a short uber ride to many great restaurants and activities. Love that it has two bedrooms and two full baths- perfect set up for our group.

Home away from home!

Everything was perfect - kitchen is well-equipped, bed super comfy, beautiful backyard area, loved the swing on front porch. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around in. The greenway is a short walk from house - coffee at the hobbyist is a short 15 min walk. Super! Will stay again when back in town for business.

The property itself was ok, however; traffic noise was constant. The checkin was not great. I requested to checkin a couple of hours earlier as it was Christmas Eve, was told at 10 am I would be contacted regarding that shortly. I was never contacted. Cookware was dirty so we had to wash before using.
