Booking was easy and straightforward through the app ..the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly and a delight to talk to..room was really nice and clean and comfortable..really have no complaints..pretty satisfied and got much needed rest I wanted...

There was one staff member that was very nice and helpful I asked for a accable room I'm disabled and I have mobility issues I was okay without it but they put us all the way down the end it was very far from the pool and office for me to walk when I asked to move rooms they said they didn't have anything else.I was very disappointed the house keeping staff was rude and didn't bring me anything until I complained to the front desk .there was one nice man that drove my daughter and I to the room and when I complained he even brought everything I needed to the room.

I was stranded due to weather, and had to wait till next day for my flight. Due to two other events going on in the area, most hotels were booked (or $600+). Found this hotel about 20 min from airport. The room was clean. The first room offered was occupied. In the next room offered, the A/C unit was disassembled in the room. This was the last room available that was non-smoking. I was told by the attendant that there was a smoking room available but it was known to have roaches. The attendant did try calling to the hotels next door to see if there was availability, but everything was booked. With no other hotels in the area available I stayed in the room with no A/C for the night. Thankfully I had added travel insurance to this stay, which I would recommend. You may have a great experience, I just had a lot of things working against me this one night.

The property was fine, the expedia experience was terrible. They did not have a record of it, even though I had the confirmation on my phone. BUT, it did now show a reservation # ! Only my Expedia record # which meant nothing to them. So then I had to download the expedia app to get what I needed and could not do that. The motel just gave me a room. They were nice and the room was clean. Expedia experience was terrible.

Lets start with the good, it was SUPER quiet. And the water pressure was amazing... and thats all the good.. We were greeted by 3 unhoused people, one activity using in front of the door, could not walk. I drove around for about 5 minutes before checking in because i didnt feel safe to leave my car. I an not a weak person, and have delt with active addition before, but THIS was really bad.. there was ZERO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.. even though it was listed. DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE, not safe. There were used needles in the pool.. so take it for what it is...

Place was ok but i booked the room at 12pm but would not let me check in until ater 3pm had to wait in my car , they did not have a problem taking my money 12pm dont know why i had to wait so long to ckeck in , if check out is at 11am u should be able to check in at least 12pm.

Very comfortable Stay

My check in experience was amazing the desk clerk was helpful in many ways. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. When I visit this town again I will most definitely stay at this hotel very good for the price.
