Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.

Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly home! No other animals are allowed. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered for a fee of $59 per dog (a maximum of 2).
NOTE: Please follow the instructions in the reservation confirmation to register your dog. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel before the free cancellation period ends, we will refund 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
