Quan checked me in, very polite & accommodating. Facilities are clean & well maintained in what felt like a safe area. Another guest was playing loud music after 10pm, called the front desk & they got the volume turned down. Enjoyed the layout of the room, plenty of storage to keep floor space clear. The front desk representative JT was very professional and polite. We had candid conversations while checking in. The property is very beautiful and the landscaping is beautiful. The property is new. The staff Laquan and Angela at the front desk were professional and very nice. They made sure to accommodate my stay. The Wood Springs Northlake is a brand new hotel. The property landscape was beautiful. My room accommodates everything that I need and more. The check in was smooth and after signing a brief document about the rules and regulations I was set up for a great experience. I would recommend this location to travelers. It is close to Northlake Mall, restaurants, bars, gas stations, and the Interstate 485 and 77.

Rooms were clean. Parking was available and accessible. Only complaint was the TV's in either room we're working. We weren't worried about though as we didn't have a need for it during this stay. Other than that, everything was great.

It was a very good hotel for the most part. It was very clean and well manage. I was surprised, especially for the price. My only issue is I did find a blood stain on the duvet. So I had to take that off, but overall other than that, it was a good like I found no hair in the bed. The floor was clean toilet was clean. It was amazing other than that stain. And it did look like a fresh stain, which is kind of concerning.
