"First, the staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is either new or newly renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a "cold breakfast" as we were told upon checking in. That meant no smelly waffle iron or powdered eggs. Breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and more. It was nice not to come back to the room smelling like waffles! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We travel through Kingsland often, and our "go-to" hotel was oddly high-priced this time, so I thought I would give this Spark a try. Glad I did...looks like we're coming back next time through. Thanks for a great stay."

"It was great! The room was excellent. We arrived late around 12am but we were greeted from the staff and the check- in was so smooth. We didn't expect the room to be spacious and have all the stuff. To my surprise, the room was way better than what we expected. It is far better than 3star hotels."
