"Room was clean and spacious. Love the ocean view from the room. Super quick walk to beach and boardwalk activities. Hotel was great and so was the staff. Very quick response time when we requested more towels, toilet paper, etc. they were at our door within 5 minutes. Pool area was nice and overall great experience!"

"Checking in was such a pain to deal with. Even another guest who was older and not at tech savy had issues. There is literally zero employees no FD no housekeeper nothing. Paying for parking was a bad experience. I had to text a number because calling and emails we going unanswered. The bed was AWFUL the worst bed I have ever slept in. For the nightly rate I paid this was a BS experience. Zero hot water. It goes out after 4 mins. Not warm. Not kinda cold but freezing. Floors were first don’t recommend walking barefoot. God forbid I needed a blanket or pillows and there is no one to assist. Would not recommend would. It stay here again I had to leave early because I just couldn’t sleep on that bed another night "

"All pay for parking even for guests. Great location, tv connection kept breaking down was useless. A/C and refrigerator was old and loud. Cleanliness not great. Property needs work. Beach chairs and towels for beach was provided that was a plus."

"This place was a dump. The personnel checking me in was drunk. It was a late booking due to cancelled flight and no way to get a hold of management to check-in… the voicemail box was full. I had to roam the property hoping to find an employee and he was able to reach the drunk manager via a mutual friend. A 40 minute nightmare only to be let into a total dump."

"How is this place still open? My biggest mistake was not reading these reviews before booking. What a HORRIBLE experience. No one was even there when we arrived for check in. Obvious brig dealing and prostitution on the property. Garbage bags piled up, broken outdoor furniture, overgrown landscaping. Last minute we had to make alternate arrangements to stay somewhere else for a week during spring break spending way more than we had budgeted. Run as far away from this place as you can….. giving Hollywood Beach a bad look!!! "
