"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."

"Couldn't find my room for 5 minutes, directions are not clerly posted on a map, check in to a front desk was unorganized, in room fridge wasn't properly working, last day of my staying the pool got closed for a cleaning, the girl with a service dog was crying and demanding to check out of rat hole she said laundry facility was in a desare or a Tottal disaster.....I was expecting a Fed Ex package with a new credit card to pay for my next few days of staying and my package arrived on March 25th....So I went to front desk on March 26th and they said they don't have anything from Fed Ex for me when I presented my US passport...."

"By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The shower didn’t even have a handle to turn hot and cold. Was down a scary alley way. So small with no outdoor light. Smoke detector did not work. Anyone staying there should be prepared to be scammed."
