The only thing going for this property is the location to the beach. No WiFI. After repeated requests, a functional connect was not provided. The elctronic system to access the room was faulty. I did not encounter a physical human being so I can't vouch for staff. Although I prepared for the room and I read the warning about being towed, I planned to use the nearby municipal parking structures and not pay the $20/day parking charge. Access to the room was withheld until parking payment was received although I had not intention to park at the facility. There was no means to separate parking from my prepared reservation. Parking itself was parking on the street. Really a hijacking.

Clean, close to beach but that’s about it. They do not have heat so staying there Jan/Feb can be dicey if it’s cool and (or) rainy - 58F in my room first night with only a bed sheet. With toaster, hair dryer and coffee maker going all night I was able to make it. Get what you pay for!

Overall stay was fine but there was not even exhaust in the bathroom and even though there are taxes which might include cleaning fees but we had to throw the garbage according to check out instructions. We even found cockrocah in out room last night and sanitation was really big cornecen.

There was really nothing to like about this property. Horrible service from the onset. No one was ever available by phone or on site. AC unit wouldn't shut off. Got down to 68 deg and froze. Bathroom exhaust was excessively noisy, $20/ night for parking. That's a money grab for the area. Everyone else is FREE ! Nothing within waking distance. No unit has any view. Worst I've ever stayed at in FL. No one ever answers calls & no office on location. No one SPEAKS PROPER english ! When I told them about my AC freezing me out and not turnimg off, their answer was to drop off an extra blanket instead of someone coming to fix it ! Pathetic !

I stayed in a Studio Queen room. Staff was quick to respond to my questions in regards to parking, I was able to check in earlier than normal time. Room was clean, smelled fresh, very simple, bed was comfortable and fresh. A microwave, small dorm room frigerator with freezer, a small coffee pot. Very close to the beach, and away from all the noise of the louder parts of the Broadwalk. The shower pressure was great, which was a plus, because the water is cold in the showers. The air stayed between 74-77 in my room, and the thermostat set to 70. It was very hot when I was visiting. The coffee mug is miniature for a child. The walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors. All in all, I would stay here again for the price and proximity to the beach for a quick trip.

We did not like the place; the bathroom was tiny, the shower was broken, the water pressure was very low, and the layout of the room was hideous. It is not a good place to stay with your family.
