There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40. "Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. "
