"Good overall but surprised that for a 4* hotel the room coffee facilities were poor. Just a few coffee sachets no sugar and very surprised they didn't have a coffee machine!! Daughter stayed in another room and that did have it so they obviously only favour the premium rooms"

"Lovely hotel with easy connection to all parts of town. My room was lovely and perfect for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good. All the staff were amazing. The only downside was the street. I arrived after sunset and for anyone staying alone the walk from the metro was horrible. The whole street stunk of wee and there were some horrible types in the doorways which are the backs of shops. At one point I saw two people shooting up. That is the only reason I would think of to not go back"

"Highly recommend. Nice big bedroom with a very nice shower. Staff were helpful as we had an issue using the self checkout, so thankfully there was a 24hr desk. Right next to a tram stop, and plenty of shops."
