This house of 130 m² of art deco style from the 50’s has been completely renovated in 2019 and offers high quality services.
You have 4 beautiful bedrooms with cupboards, 3 of which have their own shower room. The living room and kitchen area is on the first floor, with a large balcony and a masterful view over Avignon and the Luberon.

Located less than 100 meters from the center of Châteauneuf du Pape, you can easily discover our beautiful village on foot.
The house is very well equipped, tastefully renovated and fully air-conditioned with a heat pump hot/cold. Quality materials with wrought iron, pergola and small fenced garden of 80m² with an above ground pool reserved only for you. Possibility to park 2 cars.

By paying an extra charge, you can benefit from a garage.
