Chalet 'La Rissole - Familial' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Private Garden

The chalet comprises 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wood-burning stove and access to a large terrace.

The chalet is ideally suited for 8 adults and two or more children.



The chalet has its own private, gated, roadside parking lot, as well as a parking area. Access to the chalet itself is ON FOOT ONLY, via a 98-step staircase with wooden sleepers.



The chalet (altitude 1200 m.), situated high up with the main facade facing south, enjoys a fine view over the Abondance valley to the right, the village of Châtel to the left, the nearby mountains (2000 m.) and, in the background, the Swiss chain (Dents du Midi, Tour Salière - 3300 m.). Built using traditional Savoyard methods, the chalet sits on a concrete slab and is made entirely of wood planks, an authentic, insulating and particularly warm material.1.2 km on foot, by car or by free municipal shuttle bus to the village center (12 trips/day at set times during the winter season).

Family Chalet

The house is just as described. It is great for families with little children. Plenty of toys. The kitchen is small but functional and the views are amazing. Patricia communicated everything that we needed. A great experience.

Mooie locatie, achterstallig onderhoud

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Huis is groot genoeg en ligt mooi. Het was niet schoon en het onderhoud was achterstallig. Er is ook Niet echt genoeg ruimte om met stoelen en 10 mensen te eten.

Merci pour ce we. Propriétaire arrangeante, vieux chalet qui mériterait un peu de rénovation mais suffisant pour y passer un we entre amis. Point négatifs : Difficulté pour garer plus de 2 voitures, literie un peu molle et un peu éloigné du centre ville pour déplacement à pied (mais ça va encore)

Sehr schöne Lage mit super Blick auf Chatel. Shuttlebus in die Ortsmitte top! Haus ist recht rustikal.- mit 11 Personen zusammen essen etwas eng. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Wir waren mit dem Objekt zufrieden!

Sehr Gut obwohl es hätte etwas sauberer sein können

Alles ging reibungslos über die Bühne. Die Umgebung und Lage wirklich top. Vollausgestattetes Interieur es fehlte an nichts. Jedoch war es leider etwas schmutzig im Haus. Nicht so schlimm wenn man nicht pingelig ist aber wer mag schon fremde Haare im Bett ;-). Außer dieser Kleinigkeit wirklich toll und gemütlich!!

Chalet chaleureux et convivial avec un panorama incroyable. Les quelques marches à monter valent la peine. Situation top car au milieu de la nature tout en étant proche du centre de Chatel avec les navettes gratuites. Nous reviendrons dès que possible😁

Die Hütte ist süß und ideal gelegen als Startpunkt für die Bikeparks in der Umgebung. Es hat alles was man braucht, eine sehr schöne Terrasse in höhere Lage. Wir werden wieder kommen

gezellig familiehuis met achterstallig onderhoud en niet proper.

De woning is een echt familiehuis. Knus, maar erg gedateerd. Op zich was dat niet wat ons stoorde. Het was echter niet schoon. Ook vol met eigen spullen en badkamer met gebruikte scheermesjes en schimmel. We hebben middels foto's de eigenaresse hierover geïnformeerd. Bij het einde van de vakantie hebben we zelf de woning nog wat schoongemaakt, zodat we snel de volledige borg terug zouden krijgen. Via whatsapp kregen we bericht van de eigenaresse, dat de woning goed was achter gelaten. Echter heeft het, ondanks diverse verzoeken van onze kant voor terugstoring, nog 16 dagen geduurd voordat we het volledige borgbedrag hebben teruggekregen.

Séjour ski à Châtel dans un endroit très chaleureux

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique chalet rempli d’hiStoire et plein de vie. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu’on sentait qu’au delà d’une location cet endroit était vivant. Merci à votre famille pour sa confiance. Navette pratique, local à ski en bas des escaliers. Ce qui n’est pas du luxe.

Groot huis, mooie locatie

Prima locatie voor een wintersportvakantie. Het huis was groot en schoon. Het meubilair iets verouderd. De lange trap vanaf de weg naar het huis was voor ons geen probleem, maar wellicht wel voor kleine kinderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
