The property includes three bedrooms (California king, queen, 2 twins) and two bathrooms, offering ample space for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. The kitchen has been updated and provides island seating for all guests, although there is no separate dining room. The home is tastefully decorated and offers various entertainment options for the entire family. An adjoining den with seating and a television is located off the kitchen, while the finished basement serves as an excellent hangout spot during rainy days, complete with games, puzzles, another television, table-top seating, and a stairwell dog kennel. Guests can also enjoy the large back deck equipped with a grill, perfect for barbecuing and outdoor dining during pleasant summer evenings. Additional amenities include WiFi and central air conditioning for comfort and connectivity and an outdoor shower (not enclosed) for rinsing off salt and sand after a day at the beach. A short drive into town presents opportunities for shopping, visiting the cinema, enjoying ice cream, or attending a baseball game. Upon arrival, guests will receive a Welcome Bag containing a reusable tote starter pack filled with essential paper and cleaning products for their stay. This charming home is ideal for creating lasting family vacation memories year after year.
