Across the street where the golf course is are more affordably priced, and likely independently owned condominiums that are essentially managed. This can create some confusion on arrival based on the fact that you need to check in across the street...

"We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again."
