"Hotel was fine, convenient location to downtown. It would be nice to offer complimentary parking as a guest of hotel but they charge $48 per day."

"Good breakfast and nice place. Only bad thing we experienced was a roach in the room…we notified staff and they said they would treat the room but I don’t think anything was done (we were out shopping during the day so maybe we missed them)"

"I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a conference. It is located right across the street from River St and about a 7 min walk to the ferry. On my first night, there was an issue with the AC making a loud banging noise. I notified them of it immediately but did let them know I'd prefer they come and look at it the next morning since it was pretty late. The next morning, I let them know again and when I returned, the concierge, Starla, told me they did look at it but she was unsure if it was fixed. She told me if it wasn't, then she would room change me. It wasn't and she did room change me. Aside from that AC on the initial night, my stay was great. The service at the restaurant and bar was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel and a special thank you to Starla for making my stay great!"

"The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
