Lovely staff, great location for the event we were attending in downtown Chattanooga. Loved all the dining options nearby as well. Great bar onsite as well. All made it a perfect weekend attending Head of The Hooch regatta.

We had to book here last minute to get out of a bad Airbnb situation, and Aloft was such a lifesaver. The hotel is so nice and its location is perfect for all your needs being in the midst of the middle. Our rooms were perfect, we especially loved the amazing toilet room and shower separation! The staff was polite every day, whether it was the same person or different employee. Free parking. Being in the midst of the mall, a spot near the door isn’t guaranteed, but you won’t be that far! BOOK HERE!

Rooftop bar staff was very friendly and professional, even after a party was extremely rude and obnoxious to the staff. The hotel was very clean overall.The two queen bed rooms were small with the shower behind a curtain rather than a door, so these rooms are best suited for a couple rather than a mixed group of people.
