I was there by myself for a conference at the convention center…Comfortable, spacious room; nice gym; great sitting area around the pool that I loved sitting at each evening to read, etc. I ate at the lobby restaurant the first night. It was good and reasonable for a hotel restaurant. Id definitely stay again for a conference and would consider it for a personal trip too.

First night we had no hot water, they said they would get it fixed while we were out. Came back in the afternoon, it was never fixed. There was no record of a problem. Maintenance came up to fix, changed a part in the shower then then the shower didn't work at all. They moved me to another room on day 3. Went to the restaurant at the bar, took 10 mins for anyone to wait on us. Went up to breakfast on Saturday, you can only get the buffet, which is not what we wanted. It's a limited buffet. Again, waited almost 10 mins to be seated. The waitress Mama? Was the highlight of the trip. She was so friendly, engaging, concerned about my crappy stay there and also provided me with details on services offered at the hotel that should be explained when you check in. I had just stayed at a DC Marriott and drive down from there it was very disappointing especially after staying in one that was so top notch. Rooms were clean, beds were nice, pillows are way too soft.
