Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! I understand that you get what you pay for and this room was not crazy expensive but the room was disgusting! Absolutely nothing like the pics posted on the listing. Stains on everything mix match pillow cases. Pee on the floor in the bathroom. Greasy marks on the headboard. Hair in the bedding on walls and on counters. At the very very least this room could have been wiped down and had fresh bedding. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Never again here!!

A non-smoking room turns out to be a room which has been smoked in, with a plastic sign reads "thank you for not smoking" on the table. The hallways, stairwells reek of smoke. The sheets were dirty, with cigarette burn-holes, only one thin pillowcase on very old, dirty pillows, hair everywhere, a sticky substance on the carpet. No. Just. No.

the beds were clean but the floors looked like they never get vacuumed or cleaned. the shower curtain had mold stains on them and the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke. we only needed it for a shower and a place to sleep but would not book again.

I would keep looking.

Shower curtain had mold on the bottom. They don’t serve breakfast because of Covid-19’s protocols. It says nothing on their website about that. They require fifty dollars when you check in for incidentals.

Hotel is clean, staff is nice but it's old so you will hear people coming and going. Got woken up a few times in the middle of the night. Hotel is decent hotel if you just need a bed for the night.

we booked because free breakfast was listed. When we checked in, we had to pay through an atrium window because the lobby, pool, and restaurant were closed. When I mentioned that we booked it because these were listed, the clerk said that it's because we booked through a third party (Expedia). who had losted them. Clean enough, but microwave broken and two refrigerators for some reason, though.

AVOID this “hotel”! Not only this is dump, but it stinks. We checked in about 9:30PM after long drive and run out in less than an hour. Per hotel front desk assistant, the first floor is non-smoking. Well, that floor, and room stink like mix of an ashtray and a dumpster. That was late and we were drained down from a very long drive with accidents left and right. We were so tried that we decided to settle in. But, within less than an hour, when my wife staring having nausea from the stink, we decided to leave. Also, everything ion this hotel as not even to low quality/service level. It is all way, way below it. AVOID IT at any cost!

I didn't realize it was a smoking room. I called and asked to switch and they said no. I went to Walmart and bought a bunch of febreze stuff and it worked semi well. The cleaning staff clearly didn't use anything to get the smell of cigarettes out of the room. The place was still pretty dirty and there was a hole on one side of the bathroom door.

It was clean. I felt like I was checking into prison. The TV did not work. When I called the desk about the TV no one answered. NO elevator so I had to drag my suitcase up to the second floor. Not a good experience.

Glad it was a short stay

First got checked in and sent to the wrong room and someone was in the room they said was ours. Went back and clearly the wife should never leave the husband to run the desk as he is clueless. Kept apologizing but what the heck. Secondly, the pool was not open. Very small beds. Drug deals in then parking lot. Never again i don’t know who rated this place so high but no way.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Upon entering, I was told a $50 deposit was required that I had no prior knowledge of. I was on a tight budget and that set me back. I was also planning on using the free breakfast at the hotel that was advertised but it was apparently cancelled for the time being but nowhere did it say that or was I informed. That also threw a wrench in my budget. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Tub was stained, toilet seat was stained, the shelf in the bathroom was rusting, found stains on a pillowcase and one of the bed sheets, and the two lamps between the two beds did not work. The entire hotel also reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. I wrote a review on the hotel page, and then when I went to check out was aggressively greeted by the hotel staff who told me I should not have written a review and to please not come back, and that I should have asked them to handle it first. He was quite rude while he was speaking to me. And he also did not have a mask on while their was a sign on the door stating everyone was required to wear a mask.

It was fine- for our travel needs. But they put us in a room- immediately next to the side entrance door, & at 1:30 am, people were still shouting & banging on the outside door. Keeping us awake. This was not enjoyable.

If you are just exhausted....

It was a place to sleep, but the entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, no lights in the sink area, the tv remote was sticky and unclean.

They switched me to 2 rooms and both were extremely dirty. The carpet in one was soaked with some unknown liquid. The manager Lisa Was GRREAT! She tried to accommodate me the best she could but I guess housekeeping was sub par that day.

There were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor. Hair in the tub. Floor in room was sticky. Found a couple of random pills on the floor. Towels had stains on them. Walls are thin and you hear everything in the rooms next to you. No info flyers or local recommendations in the room. No wifi info available. One exit in and out of building on side. Water pressure and shower dropped immensly i assume from it going to other areas of the hotel. Very disappointed.
