The property from the outside look ok but the inside was not like a proper hotel. It was more like a building where you had to be let in. Kind of like a shelter The front dest closed at 8pm. The smell was very strong, the keys did not work to the room. Not clean. We couldn't stay at all However the 1 staff member that attended us was very polite and did her best to accommodate us.

As far as extended stays are concerned, this one was just average. While the staff was kind and accommodating, the facility smelled like bad foods and people were incredibly loud. As a single female, I did not feel safe staying there.

Entire hotel smelled like marijuana for the whole visit, despite the whole property being listed as "non-smoking". Multiple people had regular pets (specifically *not* service animals) when it said only service animals were permitted. Very young puppies, vocal and reactive/untrained dogs, etc. Front desk only staffed between 9am and 3pm most days. Staff was always polite and respectful. We were unaware at booking that no kitchenware/dishware/utensils are provided. Despite booking 2 beds, none were available when we checked in and our daughter had to share our bed until midway through our stay. Overall it will do in a pinch, but I wouldn't likely stay again.

Got here to check in then was told there was a deposit that needed paid went to get them money to pay it when i arrived again on the second attempt i was made to wait over thirty mins as they closed the window and was doing who knows what

The floors of the room were the only thing really clean, the bedding was stained, cigarette burns, also only had 2 pillows for a double queen bed set up. This property seems to be set up for section 8 housing but still trying to market as a hotel. Avoid at all cost.

My original room does not have a door for the bathroom, and the sheet is soooo dirty. The lady switched us to another room but the key card does not work so she has to open the door for us. Worst experience ever. I wish I can get a full refund for this kind of experience.

I should have paid more attention prior to booking this hotel. I checked in late and there were lots of people just milling around in the parking lot. The room is very basic for the price I paid and I had to kill three cockroaches within the first five minutes of entering the room.

Lobby in disrepair. People with large dogs walking in hall ways. Couldn’t breathe for cigarette smoke in hallways. As soon as I stepped into room there were roaches on the counter top by the stop in the kitchen area. Bed, etc worse than some bunk room at a kids camp. Walked right out back to lobby and told representavie I was unwilling to stay in a room with visible roaches. Requested refund, gave room key back within 5 minutes of arrival. She said Gen manager would have to handle Monday. Then chatted with Hotels.com agent. They will be researched and emailing me back.
