"We arrived at the hotel at about 6pm and the young gentleman who was on duty at reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we got back from our night out at about 11.30pm he was still there smiling and gave us some more milks for a cup of tea and helped us with the vending machine. It makes such a change nowadays to find staff who are pleasant and helpful."
