"Excellent new hotel, Near MRT station and lots of food available nearby, taxi pickup and drop off inside basement car park. Very helpful staff, organising taxis and helping with luggage. Pool and gym on 2nd floor. Rooms are compact and could use more storage , but great for a couple of days"

"Great location, but very small rooms We stayed at Hotel Boss as a family of 4, using two rooms. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s centrally located, with MRT and bus stops within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Getting around Singapore from here is very convenient. The hotel is very busy and crowded, especially the lobby, so don’t expect a quiet or relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are quite small and could definitely be bigger. The beds are only double-sized, and with the room size being limited, the space can feel a little cramped. The bathrooms are also on the smaller side. On the positive side, the swimming pool is surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’d say Hotel Boss is a good choice if you’re planning to spend most of your day exploring Singapore and only return to the hotel at night to sleep. The location and transport connections make it very convenient. However, if you’re looking for spacious rooms or want to spend a lot of time relaxing at the hotel, you may want to consider other options. Overall: Good location and convenient for sightseeing, but expect small rooms and a very busy hotel."

"Property is OLD and tired .. think peeling paint and mould in the common areas .. needs a huge refurbishment . The rooms are big for Singapore and the pool is decent but shallow .. one pool was closed. Zero style and atmosphere. Basic but good for a 1 night stop over with access to Changi hawker markets."

"Family-friendly resort with a waterpark and slides. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is that to walk to the room the door isn’t automated and it was difficult to hold a glass door open with luggage and a baby stroller. Also, I requested a baby cot and when we walked into the room the baby cot was just tossed across the room and blocked the entrance rather than being placed anywhere in the room. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. They had a grocer (mainly sold junk food) and cafe (some people had breakfast there but we didn’t) that were small but attached to the main entrance. There is a mall attached to the resort that has restaurants, bars, activities like virtual golf, gymnastics, taekwondo, bike rentals, and karaoke. The waterpark and slides were our favorite part. In all honesty, we stayed one night and did the waterpark and slides after we checked out and it was perfect. I would recommend to stay for one night only and you are able to enjoy everything on the resort property within one day."
