When the sun sets, go inside to relax over your favorite cable show on the living room's mounted flatscreen TV. WiFi is available so you can upload gorgeous vacation photos. Make a late-night snack in the kitchen and then breakfast the next morning with the help of the dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the tools and appliances needed. Many of the furnishings in this space are new, for a fresh and airy atmosphere to add to the comfort.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
