We could only find one water fountain in the building and it was not working for us to refill the water bottles. Please fix the water fountain."

The location is awesome, the in-hotel restaurants are accessible and spacious and there are lots of fun activities e.g. happy hour in the lobby etc. We have Marcos who checked us in and he was the best- friendly, helpful, and efficient! He remembered me the next few days and always said hi to me too- which I thought was particularly nice! We had a suite for 4 adults- which was perfect for us. It was a nice room and very spacious and the bathroom was clean."
