Absolutely loved all the plants and how cozy it was. The staff were all so friendly, and we really loved the free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate and evening happy hour! The location was perfect, it was quiet but still so near the action. Would definitely return!

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooftop bar was great, be mindful it’s not open in the evenings. The check-in was smooth and efficient and everything was explained well. The hotel offers free coffee to guests but there is a coffee shop in the reception for pastries and speciality coffees.

Lovely quiet room and super comfortable bed. Spacious with lovely bathroom and toiletries. Well located with subway around the corner and lots of good restaurants nearby. Basement restaurant Delano was superb for our first night - really good food and vibes. Coffee available on tap in the morning from self service in the bar which was ok. Coffee shop always really busy so didn’t use. Only had wine included in the ‘resort charge’ once. Not worth bothering with.
