What stands out is that the service provided by the staff is simply outstanding. I knew about Reddy family. Each family member had breakfast with me and my wife. They have many repeat customers who stay for 2 to 3 months at a time. Location is central.

I find it very homely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to the major shopping hubs, but in a very quiet neighborhood. This is my second time here and surely come back again

The setting is lovely, situated in a quiet tree-lined neighbourhood. The dining area is nice, with a variety of reasonably priced meals. Staff were good, and very helpful. However, I would not consider it a luxury hotel. Rooms are outdated and fixtures are old. The towels provided were threadbare. I used the 2 teabags and they were not replenished. The biggest issue was the abundance of mosquitoes in my room. Although there was a mosquito zapper, it only worked when the room was occupied. In the mornings I'd wake to several dead mosquitos, but there would still be many circulating constantly. I had to sleep with my head under the sheet. When my visit came to an end, I left the hotel covered in mosquito bites.

Room #2 is close to a staff toilet which stank to high heaven. In fact, public area in that building smelled as though I'm entering a public toilet. I didn't feel the food is prepared fresh. The toilet didn't flush well. I don't mean it's broken, but the model is not good.

We checked in around early morning 4 AM. We found it difficult to wake up the receptionist. We were on high hopes because of Pose Garden area. The property pictures is so good and beautiful in the website. We found the room is so dark and not elegant as what we had seen in the pictures. Worst bathroom.

The property is located in the heart of a urban and posh part of Chennai and is on a quiet and pleasant compound with historical features. Everything is well kept and fair priced. Staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is included and food and beverages are fresh and high quality, offering a really nice experience.

Pretty nive location, awesome staff and beautiful environment are some of the features of this property. The buffet breakfast is homemade and mostly includes South Indian dishes. The rooms are spacious and very clean. When it comes to amenities, the property provides all that you look for in a 3 star property. The rooms are well equipped with TV, mini fridge, wardrobes, comfortable beds and the bathrooms have geyser, toiletries and dental kit. The service of the staff is really praiseworthy in that they make sure all the needs of the residents are taken care of quickly. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us and we'd definitely be staying here once we're in Chennai again. Thank you, Expedia!

This property is situated in one of the most upscale localities of Chennai, in Poes Garden area. It's a stylish villa but one that's converted into a hotel. The residents develop a sort of community of their own. They wish and interact with each other in the common areas. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty nice concept. The staff are very much customer oriented in their approach and are always willing to satisfy the customers. I will definitely stay here again!!

スタッフがとても親切でした。清潔感もたり、近くにたくさんオーロビンドショップもあるので買い物も楽しかったです。目の前にベジタリアンレストランがあるので菜食の私にとってはベストプレイスでした。 毎日海を散歩することができます。 難点はシャワーの温度調整があまりよくなく、お湯がほとんど出なかった。後は最高点です！

Pleasant Homely Stay

Overall a very good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating of requests. The room was adequate and the toilet was clean which I truly appreciated. Little bit dusty around/behind the beds which is a minor issue. There are 2 things that need improvement. 1. Breakfast/food in general: Lacked day to day variety. Felt like eating the same thing everyday. Could have better flavors and options. 2. Since my room was on the ground floor adjacent to one of the mini lobbies and the driveway it felt a bit noisy at times when guests arrived/left the premises. Maybe a sign or rules to have absolute silence during the hours of 11pm - 7am would be helpful. Other than these I would highly recommend this rather over looked property which is in a great location in Chennai. Would stay there again.
