"I will say Kayla was amazing at the front desk. She handled all my needs with no issues. She was friendly, knowledgeable and great way to start my trip. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast staff was friendly andbenergetic, great way to begin the day. The rooms are a decent size, lots of space for sharing. I didn't use any amenities. I utilized late check out, received my receipt showing paid. Housekeeping knocked three different times waking me despite me saying I had late check out. Then the front desk called asking if I had late check out. My additional relaxation time was less than. I returned the rental car early, notated that and was still charged for the last night even though there was no parking used."

"When I arrived there were multiple guests complaining about their rooms being dirty and when I got my room on the 6th floor, I understood what they meant. The hallway was dirty and filled with trash mattresses and other room items that looked to be broken just left in the hallway waiting for an accident to happen. My first room was dirty with no tv remote and fridge so I requested a room change. The second room was decent enough to accommodate until I went to bed and woke up with multiple bug bites all over my body. I requested a room changed again but there’s no rooms available from all the dirty rooms being swapped out. The hotel is under staff and no clean towels just a total mess. I bought deep wood insect spray and sprayed down the bed seeing that no rooms were available. I requested a refund and the staff said that I need to talk to the manager who stayed hidden throughout this entire weekend. I will be following up with this issue because I need to seek medical attention because the bites are irritating and swollen with redness. The breakfast buffet is also horrible and they won’t allow any food to leave the restaurant. You got to eat it there not being considerate that the guest may just want a grab and go due to their own personal schedule. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"stayed there with a friend. we went out to breakfast at 9:30 am for back to the room at 10:40 am just in time to check out by 11:00am. Someone used a key to let themselves in the room and stole all of our possessions. the hotel refused to contact the police so I did. after police took report and reviewed cameras footage the hotel manager refused to give me my security deposit back. At first he said it wad the condition of the room then when I showed him pictures I took upon our return, he then changed direction and said he recieved multiple complaints about a fight in the room, so I said not true and you didn't call police or contact us and ask us to stop. He literally turned away and walked away from the window and left me standing there. The worst customer service"

"I would not recommend this hotel. They are unorganized and the property is not well maintained. I booked two rooms. One was not cleaned at all and there were dirty towels on the floor and bed not made. The second room we couldn’t even get into due to the door not working. Due to them being sold out we had to find accommodations else where at 2am. The ladies at the desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but unfortunately they were set up for failure. I hope they get it together."
