"This was a last minute selection, for a 1 night stay; bc the hotel of my choice didn't have availability that night (most hotels were sold out due to a music festival that was in town.) I wouldn't return bc the cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. 1. While looking for a working outlet, I noticed 1 of the beds did not have a skirt, exposing what appeared to be blood on the box spring. 2. Also, spotted a roach when reaching in the closet for the iron."

"This hotel is going under renovations, so some areas were closed, under construction and a bit messy. Some of the noise from construction was a bit irritating, but needs done. The room I was in was newly renovated and very nice. Once the renovations are done, this will be a great place to stay! And I enjoyed sitting out by the river & enjoying the cool evenings! A nice little park to walk around is next door and there is a great Italian deli and the best Stromboli place a five minute walk away.! The staff were all friendly & helpful."

"I stayed there pre-cruise because it was convenient; NCL did the checkin process at clarion. The AC was set at 68 degrees when I got to my room making is very cold. I turned it off and opened balcony door to warm it up short of turning heat on but it was very noisy due to highway next to hotel so had to turn heat on low. There was very little bedding on bed (l a light cover plus sheet) and it didn’t come up around shoulders so I had to sleep with feet at foot of bed so I could have covers around my shoulders for warmth and covering. Otherwise it was all good"

"There’s hardly any parking for guests. You have to park on the street if the lot is full. All of the appliances made loud noises to the point where we had to unplug the fridge to get some sleep. Staff was unsupportive and unhelpful in resolving any concerns. In fact, the mangers Stephanie and Toni take turns passing tasks off to one another because neither are ever on the premises at the same time."
