"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff workers are friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the rooms do not have a closet with hangers. There are hangers on the wall for hanging your clothes. Both times I stayed there, I was given a room that did not even have hangers on the wall. I was given a new room both times with hangers on the wall. There is no coffee machine in the room or cups to heat water in the microwave. There is a shuttle both to and from the airport. There is also breakfast. All in all, I would stay there again. Phyllis Ham"

"2 towels for 4 night stay No cleaning No toiletries Way too soft beds No chair Bathrooms need complete overhaul. Old cracked toilet with oversized seat. Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete."

"We booked this reservation last minute for the PGA championship in Philly. Because of that, I expected prices to be higher than usual. Room was clean (smelled GREAT which was a huge bonus for me!) but had some annoyances that definitely detracted from our experience. Toilet seat was literally attached with a zip tie. Shower head was so clogged it had zero pressure. Fridge was so loud you had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. "

"Self parking was fine, need to get regular size pillows instead of using throw pillows, the water pressure could of been better, the balcony door handle was missing a screw and did not have a lock on it, i dont understand how charge for smoking in the room.and the hallways smelled like a box of cigarettes, the vending machine on the 4th floor didnt work and the one on the 6 floor took my money and spit out change after a few seconds. Only stayed for one night "
