I had a great stay in Paris. I came for some last-minute Christmas shopping and ended up being pleasantly surprised. The Grand Hotel Champs Elysees is right next to the beautiful Arc de Triomphe, which made the location perfect!!! The staff was super friendly, and the croissants at breakfast were a definite win!

This property is beyond 5 star! Beautiful, comfortable, large, staff was amazing, and stay was perfect. Wish we could have spend more days at location but it was already booked. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Simply take the cdgval to terminal 3 and walk outside the terminal. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and helpful. Bed was a cozy nest taking up the entire end of the room and true blackout blind meant great sleep after a long trip! And gentle colorful lighting was relaxing. Electronic tablet to control tv, lights, blinds, etc was a bit quirky (functionally) but problems were easily resolved so not terrible.
