"It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience."

Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. The property is severely unhygienic and heavily infested with cockroaches; we found them crawling in the bathroom, making the space entirely unusable. Furthermore, the hotel is a consumer scam. They advertise a "private beach" on booking platforms but hide a mandatory €30/day fee per beach bed. The room itself was a disaster: tiny, filthy, lacking basic amenities like...

"Really enjoyed our stay at the resort; not too crowded when we where there, only things we missed would suggest is gym facility, tv screen was a bit small and some Coffee/Tea / water facilities in the room ( apart from the mini bar), beautiful location and easy to get info Pula. And surroundings"
