The pool was closed for maintenance. We had no idea. We wanted this place in particular because of the pool. When you have someone thats been around the sun 10 times, thats the deal

5 minutes later, is bawling and irritated, we tried to chat with you. We were told that the pool was closed and that it said it somewhere in the fine print. How deceiving. Showing pics of the pool, when it was not available. Hidden in the fine print. Sneaky! Chat offered no help. Actually rude and a terrible offer. Expedia doesnt let you say anything, theyve denied 3 of my reviews. We did not accept and we are disputing this. I will ever use Expedia again, one of the worst experiences Ive had in a long time. Disappointed is not the world. I work looooong weeks, and now I have to spend more time handling this elsewhere.
I know this is not expedia..... but the hotel needs updates. The bar area was great, but there are cracked falling apart sidewalks, old nasty carpet. This isnt even 10% of the problems at that place. We covered up sticky junk with pieces of paper. All photographed.
Never again. I had to give the master bed in the suite to try and make up for it. I slept on the insanely uncomfortable couch (of which had no blankets or linen. You dont wanna know $.
