The host was very responsive and gave good instructions, complete with photos on how to get the keys from the lock box! This property was perfect for a 3-person girls trip. We each had our own room and two bathrooms to share. It is also in a great neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. The temperature varied wildly within the apartment, but that gave us some options based on how warm we like our respective bedrooms! There were also box fans in the apartment, which was great.
As mentioned in another review, the temperature varies widely throughout the apartment. While the bedroom closest to the kitchen was verging on chilly, the room at the front of the building was too hot to sleep in. Be aware that the listing is incorrect with how it describes what credentials will be required at check-in. The property manager uses a third party app called Guesty, and wants to collect an unnecessary amount of personal information. Other than those two issues, the space was large, clean, and met our needs. There are two or three nice bakeries and coffee shops within a two minute walk.
Home was nice and great location. Not much in the way of kitchen utensils. However we rented another house with our group and used that location for gathering, so it worked out fine. Being new to VRBO we had a few learning curves to get checked in. I understand a lot of guest do not take care of homes they rent, as a result, we didn't feel really welcomed. I hope our stay improved the owners outlook on guest and their intentions. If you are looking for a great location and a place to rest well, this is the place for you. Large gatherings even for a short while are discouraged. We had a total of 19 family members, 4 living in Logan and 6 stayed here, leaving the remaining 9 at another home near by. This home worked for sleeping. Very quiet. The other house we gathered at gave us "ideal" rating. We strive to respect and care for the homes as if they are our own.
