The owners who checked us in were very friendly. Even though the motel is older, and a bit run down, our room was extremely clean. The room was also nice and soundproof so we didn't hear anything from other rooms, just the occasional car passing by. The bed was super comfortable, so we were able to get a great nights sleep after spending our days in the city.

Not luxurious, but cheap. Cinder block walls, painted over. Shower worked, but not well. Did not use the kitchenette. I had lots of trouble connecting to the internet, and the manager was not very helpful. But the bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Noisy Rooms — No Sound Control Between Walls I stayed at this motel on the night of October 17, 2026. Unfortunately, the room next to mine was extremely noisy from midnight until approximately 5:00 AM, making it completely impossible to sleep. The walls have no sound insulation whatsoever — every sound from the neighboring room was clearly audible throughout the night. As a result of the sleepless night, I was forced to consume an excessive amount of coffee just to safely drive home the following morning. This is both a comfort concern and a genuine safety issue for guests who need to drive after their stay. The location near O’Hare Airport is convenient, but I would strongly caution travelers — particularly those with early morning commitments, long drives, or important appointments — to consider the noise situation before booking. I would not stay here again.

It looks like the owners are trying but the facility needs a lot more maintenance. Looks like it may be set up for economical use by contractors. We would not be anxious to return to this hotel.
