It’s surprising that a hotel like DoubleTree would have such poor-quality televisions and remote controls in their rooms. Honestly, it doesn’t reflect well on the brand’s reputation.I GOT A BETTETR IDEA MAYBE A NAME CHANGE TO "ONE BRANCH BY SHITON" IS A BETTER FIT. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Schaumburg with friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to woodfield Mall and a variety of dining options. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience in the Chicago suburbs closer to the airport

Great staff, poor experience with building.

The pool was closed for renovations, had I know we would have booked elsewhere. The smoke alarm battery died @1:50am. The breakfast buffet was “not included in the bill rate” for anyone that I heard ask about it, myself included. There was only one working elevator.
