You get what you pay for and for a reasonable rate, this was a clean and safe place to stop over on our way back from Chicago, avoiding the city prices and congestion. The room was as expected for an EconoLodge, basic, not fully updated but clean. It's right off the highway, close to many amenities. The staff was very friendly.

Great and fast checking

The man on January 12 had great customer service and a very fast check in. The card wouldn’t work to unlock the door therefore he quickly gave us an another room!

I asked for a non-smoking room and the odor was in the walls I had to air the room out for a while good thing that I had some clorox wipes and carpet spray that I had in my vehicle already also there was no remote for the tv and it was a non english channel. The best part was the price and location very close to shopping and dining.

Ok for time to self

Great stay until check out ! Guy was a bit rude as if I didn’t spend last 6 nights there… was going to book again but was like nah Should show respect to people spending money .. but room was cozy .. didn’t get extremely warm and tub didn’t get extremely hot so was so so .. bed was comfortable for tiny bed . Close to lots of things on Halsted

The staff was excellent and very professional. Above and beyond for housekeeping and check in. They do their best but the property needs updating. Overall the property was old and deteriorated. But the people are great.

To go breakfast was ridiculous but kinda liked it because it was packaged food so I felt safe and sanitary about it so I actually ate it. However they charged more than the hotels.com price agreed upon.
