Off the beaten path to find, even with GPS, but once located, the place is nice. Breakfast was a little pricey for what they served but done well. I'd stay there again if I can book through one of the travel sites.

Even though the facility was under construction, it was still nice. Only issue I had was that the charge for a parking lot which was not secured, nor was there a parking attendant. If I must pay for a service, I need something to show. No food or bar open on the weekends. Not sure why that is. The staff at breakfast all need a raise! Top notch service!

The room was not fully furnished (missing a couch), but acceptable. It wasn't ready at check-in time (it took an hour), however, the staff provided free drinks and snack while we waited, along with a free parking pass. The hot tub was nice. It had strong jets and proper temperature.

Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Honestly for how well it was maintained and updated, I’m surprised the hotel stay didn’t cost more. The only downfall is paying $8/day for parking. That adds up quick if staying awhile.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. The sheets hadn’t been changed as there was some small blood spots inside the sheet and some ash from someone smoking marijuana in the room. Overall, the stay was amazing. Would stay again. Only thing is cost of breakfast. I feel like complementary breakfast for the cost of the weekend is a must.

Mainly the people here are great! The staff genuinely seemed happy to be there and very proficient and helpful . The front desk staff superb with attention to detail. The lady that sets out the breakfast, I do t know how to pronounce her name and Stephanie at the front desk were especially stand out. Made me feel like small town hospitality in a big city. Because of this exceptional staff I will keep coming back.all of the employees i encountered were wonderful.

First things First, all of the front desk staff were perfect and very helpful. All were nice and understanding. Stephanie is the only one whose name I remember at rhe moment. She did everything in her power to make our issues right. Now, the issues. When we checked in the shower was stained with something lie one of the shower gels which meant it wasn't cleaned. We let Stephanie know and she called on the radio to housekeeping while we were standing inf there and told them that our shower was dirty and to clean it. We left and came back that night to find the shower had not been cleaned, we informed the night clerk who could only send up some cleaning supplies for us to clean the shower ourselves since housekeeping was gone for the day. We cleaned the shower because we needed to get showered. Next day we leave out and come back and housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room, and therefore hadn't given us any clean towels. Called down and the young man was very considerate, but I had to come down again and get towels to wash with. Stephanie did all she could do to help us out, and I thank her again.

Overall the room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was a little smaller than I expected but it was good and hot tub was nice. I was only disappointed with the shower head while taking a shower it wasn’t shooting out with much pressure. Other than that I was happy band would recommend anyone to stay here.
